- 1. Register your family for the Passport To Fitness. Registration and all Fit Family activities, events and resources are free.
- 2. Go 4 for 4. The goal is to have the kids participate in 30 minutes of physical activity at least four days a week over the course of four weeks. We'll provide daily suggestions and we have loads of free fitness activites in store.
- 3. Track your participation. Go to Track Online on our website to record your family's daily exercise, healthy eating and Fit Family event attendance.
- 4. Enjoy the rewards! The rewards of being active are many. We're piling them on, with a wonderful reward the kids will look forward to every month!
Register your family now. On May 30 we'll send you an email with a link to our Online Tracking pages, where you'll be able to add as many family members as you'd like. You also see suggested activities, recommendations of family-friendly fitness events in the community, and details of free events we're organizing for participants.
